Refund and Returns Policy

At SmokeGood, your satisfaction is important to us.  While we aim to deliver only the highest-quality products, we understand that issues may arise.  This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled.

1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

• Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

2. RETURNS FOR UNUSED ITEMS

• We accept returns of unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.

• Once the return is received and inspected, your choice of:

  • Refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit

• Used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• All international sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

Since we do not yet have an online return portal, please follow these steps:

1. Email us via our contact form with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide you with a return shipping address.

3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Once received and inspected, refunds or credits are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

5. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• Unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us first) will not be accepted.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Products returned in used condition will be rejected, and no refund or credit will be issued.
