Shipping Policy

At SmokeGood, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.  This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship, as well as what you can expect after placing an order with us.


1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders placed before our warehouse cutoff on business days typically ship the same day; all others ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak times, sales, or new product launches, processing may take longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 


 

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates; shipping times are only estimates.

 


3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • We work with trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your orders.

  • The carrier used may depend on your shipping address, order size, or the service selected at checkout.

 


4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future, but all international sales are considered final and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays outside of our control.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some cases where carrier restrictions apply.

 


5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 


6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

  • While SmokeGood is not responsible for carrier delays, lost items, or damage, we will provide reasonable assistance to help resolve the issue.

 


7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
